We want to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Why not try your purchase in the comfort of your home and return or exchange it if you need to within 28 days.

All returns within the UK are free of charge. However, residents outside of the UK may be subject to postage charges.

Please ensure that all purchases are unworn with original packaging and labels. Returns that do not meet our quality control inspections will not be accepted and returned to sender.

How to Refund or Exchange – UK

For a refund or Exchange email customercare@shoeembassy.com to request a free returns label. Once received place all paperwork inside the parcel selecting if you would like an exchange or refund attaching the pre-paid label to the outer package. Once complete you can drop your parcel to your nearest pickup shop or Post Office depending on the carrier label.

Once your order is received, it can take 24 to 48 hours for your refund or exchanged to be processed.
